We have added another service project to our December calendar of events. We were asked by our wonderful partner, Lehigh Valley Children's Centers (LVCC) to host a Scholastic Book Fair at their South Mountain Center. The sale will be open to the general public as well. Our volunteer's role will be to handle the cash register during sale hours.
We need 2 volunteers each day. Volunteers should be at the center 15 minutes early and expect to stay 15 minutes after. The sale will be held in a large playroom at ground level with the entrance at the south side of the building. It will be handicapped-accessible.

Our annual Foundation Grant Awards luncheon will be held on Thursday December 4 at 12 noon. As in the past, this will again be an interclub meeting. In addition to the awarding of grants to nine organizations, we hope to have the Allen HS Chorale perform briefly for the attendees. The luncheon cost will be $25 per person.
Attendance is limited to 40 attendees. we hope a few of our club members will be able to attend this event. If you plan to attend, please confirm your attendance to me by Sunday, November 30. Confirm early to ensure you have a seat.
