Bob and Cindy Ashcraft finished up the annual Mother’s Day flower pot service project at two LVCC centers the week of May 2, 2016.
They visited both the Walnut Street Center and the Early Learning Center to help the children transplant their seedlings into flower pots that the children decorated.
In the photo at left you can see Bob, Cindy and the children proudly showing the cards they made for their moms. The photo at left shows children with their pots of plants. In the photo below is a closer look at the pots.
As you can see the kids cherished their hand-made gifts for their moms. Thanks to Bob and Cindy for chairing this service project, and assistance from Enos and Susan Martin, Joyce Crosby and Tom Harp as well!
